Pick your options for quitting

Both quitting smoking and smoking less are better for your health, and there’s more than one way to get it done.

You can choose any one of the options below or combine a few—many people find that a combination approach gives them the best results.

Take your pick

Here are the treatment options that Bowen Health offers to help you stop using tobacco:

  • Medication Support: Our provider can review different options to find the medicine that is the best fit for your needs.

  • Build a Quit Plan: Work with a behavioral health consultant (or your current therapist) to create a detailed, step-by-step plan for quitting. You can do this in-person or online.

  • Individual Therapy: If you need more dedicated support, struggle with the idea of quitting, or feel the habit is deeply ingrained, one-on-one therapy can help you build a new path forward. This is also available in-person or online.

  • Online Smoking Cessation Group: Join a group from the comfort of your home—no travel needed! You'll get guidance from a professional plus the encouragement and support of peers who are going through the same thing.

  • Online Vaping Cessation Group: Similar to the smoking group, this is an easy, convenient way to get professional guidance and peer support to help you stop vaping.

  • Quitline Support (1-800-QUIT-NOW): We offer this as an easy extra resource you can call for education and support, in addition to what we provide at Bowen Health.

Talk to your doctor

Whether or not you are a patient of Bowen Health, there are ways to quit smoking or smoke less. Ask your medical provider how they can help you towards a healthier lifestyle without nicotine.
