This Masterclass will focus on lifestyle changes that can improve mental health. We will consider the overlap with autism and other neurodiverse conditions. The objective is to focus on some basic issues and begin to formulate a plan for progress.

Bowen Health Masterclass Instructor
Bil Easley

Bil is the Autism Program Manager at Bowen Health, he is a Master Instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute, and he is a gifted instructor.  

Bil’s career started as a schoolteacher. When his son, Luke, was born 34 years ago, Bil’s world changed. Luke has severe autism. Since that time Bil has studied autism and helped children, adults and their families navigate neurodiversity. His work managing behavior on the front lines and his study of autism and other disorders has led to work in the field of nutrition and other environmental and lifestyle factors that impact behavior for everyone.
