Practicing Gratitude
Every day, dozens of small things go right for you. After a rainy week, the sun finally pops out. Traffic is light on the way to work. A co-worker brings in cupcakes. Little things. Nice things. Add them all up and they make up a pretty good day. Moments like these are easy to overlook. That’s where an exercise known at gratitude practice helps, giving you the chance to look back and acknowledge all the good things that happened to you in the last 24 hours.
