It is located at 1313 W Washington Center Road – West Entrance , Fort Wayne, the site of the former Hall’s Guest House, co-located with the YWCA of Northeast Indiana.

Bowen Health celebrated the opening of its new health clinic in Bremen today. Located at 1120 W South St, in Bremen, the clinic will provide mental health care, primary health care, and substance use counseling, serving everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Bowen Health officially celebrated its new health clinic in Kokomo, offering mental health care, psychiatric services, substance use counseling, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use.

Bowen Health announces a free Halloween event at its 201 E. Rudisill Blvd. location. The popular rain-or-shine event on Thursday, October 23 from 5 - 7 p.m., will offer families a safe Trick or Treating option, dinner, fun activities, and helpful information.
